The select paintings from this period date from Greg's time in New York.
While working in NYC, his output took on primarily digital means. It was during this time that he shot art videos which he compressed into digital files, and gave to museums curators while traveling through Germany and France. Some of these video CD's have been assimilated in museum archives.

During this turbulent time in his life, he did paint a number of works on canvas as well, some of which were direct reflections of his immediate life, especially in the wake of Sept. 11, 2001.
