BOBBY'S BIG TOP

For pre-production, the crew was to take an old, abandoned bar on 7th Street just east of downtown L.A., and convert it into what would be the main set - a functioning, circus themed strip club. Once production is complete, the venue will be demolished. Some of the large paintings were produced on canvas, and Greg plans to exhibit them at some time in the future.

Aside from a large scale martian backdrop for the Sci-Fi Channel that Greg worked on in 1996, 'Bobby's Big Top' is the first 'film' project he has worked on that will be submitted to many international film festivals.

In late December of 2004, Greg was hired to paint murals and various wallspaces for an feature length independant film, 'Bobby's Big Top'. In addition to painting murals for the exterior of the club, three paintings of his were also part of the set ('Dolly', 'Oddity on Parade', and 'Red Devil').
